昨日、河津町の桜は満開を迎えました。河津桜まつりは毎年約100万人のお客様がお越しになる大イベントです。
毎年2月上旬から開花し始める早咲きの桜で3月上旬頃までご覧になれます。河津川沿いには約850本もの桜が咲き、全体で約8,000本の桜が咲いています。また、河津桜まつり期間中は多くの露店や桜のライトアップ、様々なイベントを開催し、より一層盛り上がりを見せています。
交通量は多く見られますので自転車の旅をお勧めいたします。
伊豆市と河津市の間に35kmしかありませんので、レンタサイクルして桜を愛ましょう。
The Kawazu Sakura Festival is a large event attended by around 1 million visitors every year.
You can see the early flowering cherry blossoms that start blooming from the beginning of February every year until the beginning of March.
Not only 850 cherry trees blossom along the Kawazu River, you can enjoy also the sight of about 8,000 cherry trees nearby.
In addition, during the Kawazu Cherry Blossom Festival, many cherry blossom stalls and illuminations are held, and various events are held, which makes it even more exciting.
Since there is a lot of traffic, we advise you to book a bicycle for getting around. Between Izu and Kawazu there are only 35 km, which is ideal for a small trip to nature.
